Lathropp< no role > his Clerk Severally make Oath And first this Deponent Joseph Baldwin< no role >
Saith that towards the Close of the last Easter Term he did meet Robert Disney< no role >
by Accident and the said Disney then Owned and Acknowledged to this
Deponent that he was Concerned as Attorney or Sollicitor for the Prosecutor
Simon Elliot< no role > upon the Indictment which is now depending and Act he was the
Person who had brought the Wrick of Certiorari for removal thereof into his
Majestys Court of Kings Bench at Westminster and this Deponent further saith
that the said Disney then told this Deponent he would Show Cause upon the said
Rules made by the said Court of Kings Bench why about of the Procedends should not be
awarded And this Deponent further Saith that the Said Disneyalso owned
and Acknowledged to this Deponent that the Prosecutor Simon Elliot< no role > was a
Lodge at the Said Disneys house And this Deponent Richard Lathropp< no role >
for himself Saith that he did on Wednesday last being the Two
day of May Instant about the Hour of ten in the Forenoon Leave two true
Copys of the [..] Rule of the said Court of Kings Bench and also two true
Copys of the Order and two true Copys of each of the Notice of Tryal which are
hereunto Severally annexed with a Woman who held this Deponent her name
was Disney and whom this Deponent took to be the Wife of the Said Robert
Disney< no role > at the Said Disneys [..] Dwelling house in Channelltion
Westminster that is to say one of each of the said Copys for the said Prosecutor
Simon Elliot< no role > and one of each of the Said Copys the said Robert Disney< no role >
as his Sollicitor and at the Same time this Deponent Desired the Said Mr
Disney to deliver the Said Copys to the Said Simon Elliot< no role > And Robert
Disney< no role > respectively which she Promised to do as soon as She Should see them
