Now take Notice that the Officers
of Thames Ditton
Do not Intend to Try the Merits of their Appeale at
the Session at Hicks Hall
on Tuesday next but Do hereby Countermand
the notice already given for that purpose And you are to take notice-
that they will apply to the said Court of Session on Tuesday next (or so
soon after as Councell Can be heard) to Crave a further respite of the
Tryall of the said Appeale untill a further Session the said William
