Whereas Complaint hath been made by unto us, Two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the saidCounty of(whereof
One is of the Quorum) by theChurchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the sd. Parish of Christ
Church That Elizabeth the wife of James
Magayer and Her two Children (that is to say)
Thomas< no role > aged Eleven Years and Elizabeth< no role > aged seven
years the Lawfull Issue of the sd. James Magayer< no role >
and Elizabeth his wife are
latelyCome into the said Parish endeavouring to
settle therecontrary to Law, And thatthey are
[..] Chargeable to the saidParishWee the
said Justices upon Examination of the Permises upon Oath do
Adjudge the same to be true, And that the last place of the Legal
Settlement of the saidElizabeth Magayer & her sd.

THESE are therefore in his Majesties Name
to Commond you on sight hereof to remove and convey the said
Elizabeth Magayer< no role > and her sd: Two Children
from and our of the saidParish of Christ
Church to the saidParish of St:
Noads and deliverthemto the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there or to One of
them who are hereby required to receive and provide forthem
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals the
Twenteethday ofDecember in the
