The King against [..] Clarke for an Assault
Take notice that I shall appear at the next General Sessions of the peace
to be held at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in & for the County of Middx on Fryday the
twenty [..] seveth day of this instant February in the forenoon of the Same Day when & where
the Court will be moved that the plead of Misnomer by me put into the Indictmt.
in this Cause may be allowed unless non in the mean time Reply to the said
plead Dated 16th. February 1735
