Twenty first day of February Instant he lost a true
Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed for the said Bilbe
at a house the said Bilbe [..] lately Inhabited in the
Willow walk
near Chelsea
in the said County as also another
Copy of the said Notice on Mr. Richard Potter< no role >
in Scotland
yard Westminster
were the said Bilbe lastly lodged
which Said Potter promised to Deliver the Said
Notice unto the said Bilbe and this Deponent
further Saith that he hath been Informed he now
Secreets himself whereby at present not to be Served
with a notice to Shew cause why [..] the Indictment
preferred [..] the said Beadshaw Should not be discharged
and this dept pish that the said Bradshew is dead and [..]
at the parish of Saint Martins

and this Deponent was well accquainted with the sd. Bradshaw
Sworn in Court the 28e day
