The King against [..] Clarke for an Assault

Take notice that I will appear at the next Genl. Sessions of the peace to be held at
Hicks hall in Saint Johns Street in & for the County of Middx on Fryday the twenty
[..] seventh Day of this instant February in the forenoon of the same day when
& where the Court will be moved that the plea of Misnomerly me put in to the
Indictment in this Cause may be allowed, unless the prosecutor thereof in
the mean time Reply to the said plea Dated 16th. February 1735
