the same was really forgett and She was not applyed to for that Purpose
And this Deponent further Saith that after she said Release was Executed
by Master Brown he never Expected to hear any more of the matter again
and concluded that every thing was ended And this Deponent Kemp Further
saith that he this Deponent assaut live weeks sence did walk fourteen days Successivly from Morning
till night in order to find out the said Giles Brown< no role > & Katherine his Wife
and that Deponents inquired at Poplar [..] being his last places of residence but on the Strictest Diligent Inquiry that this Deponent could and did make
he this Deponent Could not hear learn or be informed where the said
Brown and his said Wife or either of them lived or resided, And this
Deponent Thomasine Wright< no role > for herself saith that in or about the
Month of September one thousand Seven hundred and thirty She this
Deponent did Nurse the said Abraham Kemp< no role > in the time of his aforesaid
sickness when Confined to Bed by Violent Feaver And this Deponent
further saith that at she request and by the order and direction of the
said Kemp She this Deponent did receive from the said Kemp the
sum of Eighteen Shillings in Order to Carry to the said Morse which
She this Deponent accordingly did and the same was paid into the hands
of the said Morse in Order for him to get the said Kemps Recognizance
respitted untill the then Next Sessions when the said Kemp might be
able to attend and appear when he was well again And this Deponent
Anthony Benn< no role > for the himself, Saith that he this Deponent was Present
when the said Abraham Kemp< no role > and Giles Brown< no role > agreed to give each other
General Releases in order to Quiet all differences and Disputes between
them and also that the said Katherine< no role > the wife of the said Giles Brown< no role > -
should also give him the said Kemp a General Release and this Deponent
[..] filled up the said Release and incerted the name of Katherine
his wife therein in order for her to Execute the same and the said Release
was Dated and Executed on or about the Twenty Sixth day of January
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one and the same was then
Executed by the said Giles Brown< no role > in this Deponents Presence who is
a Subscribing Wittness thereto And it was then agreed by and
between this Deponent and Giles Brown< no role > that all matters in dispute
both between the said Brown and his Wife and the said Kemp should
be finally determined and Ended And this Deponent George Vokes
for himself Saith that he did on the Tenth day of January last
affix to the Door of the house of Giles Brown< no role > in a Publick manner
to be Seen which said House was the last place of his residence
and abode a Notice in writing in the Words and figures
following Vizt.
