The Humble Petition of Jane Cook< no role > of
that parish of St. Margarett Westmr .

Sheweth

That your Humble Petitioner having Issued
out a Warrant against Thomas Watkins< no role > and
Edward Underwood< no role > of the parish of St. Giles's
to the Feilds for assaulting & Violently
Beating & abuseing the said Jane Cook< no role > in such
manner that She Despaired of Loe Sing one
of her (yes) and her Husband being at the
same Time abused in an In human manner
Comeing to her assistance and now Lyes danger
ously Ill so that your humble petitioner by
reason of her poor and mean Circumstances
Cannot prefer a Bill

Your Humble petitioner Implores
the honble Bench to Continue the
Said Thos: Watkins< no role > and Edward
Underwood
< no role > on their Recognizance
till She is able to proceed against
them and as in Duty Bound will
Ever pray Etc
