Saith that he this Deponent likewise Inquired of the said
Lewis where to find the said prosecutors place of Abode who
Answered he Could not tell and that he beleived the Prosecutor
did not Confine him self to any Certain Particular Lodging or
place of Abade or used Words to that or the same Effect and wch.
this Deponent Likewise believes to be true

And this Depont. Lastly Saith that he her this Day Seen one MR. Perkins
who Acknowledged himself, and this Depont. beleives him to be Solicitor for the
said Prosecutor and he Informed this Depont. that he the said perkins
had Received the above Mention'd Notice
