I hereby give you notice that I shall Personally Appear at
the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the
County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint Johns street in the said
County by Adjournment on Fryday next being the Eighteenth
Day of this Instant April at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon of
the same Day and then and there plead Guilty to an Indictment
which you have preferred against me for an Assault Dated the
15 Day of April 1735
