Upon [..] A Motion this Day made unto this Court by Mr. Benney
of Council for James Davis< no role > who Stands Indicted for
Wilfull and Corrupt Perjury It is Ordered by this Court that the said
James Davis< no role > have leave to try his Traverse upon the
said Indictment on Friday next being the Twenty
Eighth day of this instant February at ten of the
Clock in the forenoon of the same Day And that Notice
[..] of the said Triall and a copy of this Order be Served upon the
Prosecutors of the said Indictment

the Indictment abovementioned Dated the 25. Day of February 1734
