and Henry Loaver of Westminster in the County aforesaid Waterman
makethSeverally maketh Oath As follows And first the said George Powell< no role > Laith
That he this Deponent Did on Tuesday the Twenty fifthday of this
Instant February Severally Serve Giles Brown< no role > Gentleman and
Richard Darling< no role > Two of the Prosecutors in this Cause with true Coppy of
the order and Notice thereunder Written and hereunto Annexed by
Delivering them Seperately in oath of their hands and telling them
the Purport thereof and Shewing them the said Original Order & Notice
hereunto Annexed as aforesaid And the Deponent further saith that
he did on the same Day Deliver another Coppy of the said Original Order
and Notice to the Wife of Joshua Gardiner< no role > another of the Prosecutors in
this Cause at his the said Joshua Gardiner house near Hounsditch in
the City of London and also told her the Purport thereof and Showed her
the said Original Order as aforesaid And the said Henry Loaver
Saith that he this Deponent Did on Wednesday Morning the Twenty
sixth of this Instant February Deliver another Coppy of the said
Original Order and Notice thereunder written and hereunto Annexed
as aforesaid to the Wife of William Darling< no role > at his the said William
Darling< no role > house in Dartford in the County of Rent and at the same
time told her the Purport thereof and Showed her the said Original
Order and Notice as aforesaid
