the above Defend maketh Oath That he this Depont. did on
Monday last leave a true Copy of the notice hereunto Annexed
at the house of One Mr Gore in James Street near Covent
Garden being a house that Mr. Perkins Sollicitor for the Prosecutor in this
Cause uses as this Dept. is Informed and verily believes and the Said Gore
told this Dept. he Would deliver the Said Notice to Mr. Perkins And this
Dept. further Saith that he Saw the said Mr Perkins Yesterday aloug
will the Said Mr Campbell and heard Mr Perkins Own he received said
Notice and he and Mr Campbell Agreed to try the Above Cause this
day
