of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their Generall Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of Robert
Negus
< no role > of Brewhouse Lane Cooper

Sheweth


That by an Order of Adjudication under the Hands
and Seals of Robert Dennett< no role > and Clifford William
Phillips
< no role > Esqr. Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the said County (One being of the Quorum) bearing date
the Fifteenth day of May last your Petr is Adjudged
the Putative father of a Female Bastard Child
born of the Body of Hannah< no role > the wife of William
Canterbury
< no role > in the Parish of Saint George in the said County And that your Petitioner was served
with a Copy of the Order of Adjudication of the
saidITwo Justices but on Friday last being
the Fifth day of July Instant and your
Petr. Conceiving himself Aggreived by the Order
and Judgement of the said Two Justices humbly
Appeal against the same

And prays that as Order may be made for
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George in the said County (being
the Parish wherein the said Hannah Canterbury< no role >
was delivered of the said Female Bastard Child)
and all other Persons Concerned to Attend this
Court on a certain day this present Quarter Sessions
or the Adjournment thereof to hear and Abide the
Judgement and determination of this Court touching
this Appeal

And yor. Petr. shall ever pray.
