Apprenticeship and for that neither the Said John Jute
nor any other Person on his behalf do appear in this
Court to Shew Carse against dischargeing the Said
Samuel Seth Martin< no role > from his Said Apprenticehood
It is Ordered by this Court that for the reasons aforesd:
the Said Samuel Seth Martin be and he is hereby
absolutely discharged from his Said Apprenticehood
to the Said John Jute And it appearing to this
Court that the Sum of Thirty five Pounds was paid
to the Said John Jute for his taking the Said Samuel
Seth Martin to learn the Said art of a Silversmith
and to provide for him as an Apprentice It is at the
instance & request of the Said Samuel Seth
Martin Ordered by this Court that the said John Jute
do forthwith refund & pay unto him the Said
Samuel Seth Martin the Sum of Thirty Pounds
part of the Said Sum of of Thirty five Pounds to
the intent that he may be placed out & putt
Apprentice to Some other Master in Order to gain a
livelyhood and wee whose hands & Seals are hereunto
Sett being four of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for this County (one of us being of the Quorum)
present at the Said Sessions have pronounced and
declared and do pronounce & declare that for the
reasons aforesaid we have discharged and do accordingly
discharge the Said Samuel Seth Martin of and from
his apprenticehood to the Said Jute Dated [..] under
our hands & Seals the Said Second day of March
in the aforesaid Seventh Year of the reign of our
Said Sovereign Lord King George the Second
