At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx
at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
on Monday in the week next after the Feast of the
Epiphany (to witt) the fourteenth day of January in
the Seventh yeare of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second Ring of Great Britain France &
Ireland Defender of the Faith before William Cowper< no role >
John Martin< no role > Alexander Garrett< no role > Andrew Osborne< no role > [..]
& other their Fellows Justices of our Said Lord the
King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and also to heare & determin divers felonys trespassed
& other evil deeds committed in the Same County,

Whereas the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Kensington in this County have
exhibited their humble petition & appeale unto this
Court settingforth that by warrant or Order under
the hands & seales of Valentine Hilder< no role > & Peter Guerin< no role >
Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County and one being of the Quorum bearing date the
twelfth day of January instant John Richardson< no role >
named in the said warrant or Order was removed &
conveyed from the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden
in this County to the parish of Kensington aforesaid
alledging therein that the Said parish of Kensington
is the place of the last legal settlement of the said
John Richardson< no role > , And that the Petrs. finding themselves
aggrieved by the Said Order of the said two Justices
appeale against the same to this Court, Whereupon
at the request of the Petrs. It is Ordered by this Court
that the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto
them, and that the hearing & determining thereof
be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the
