At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx
at Hicks hall
in St. John street
in the County aforesaid
by adjornment on Thursday the eleventh day of
October in the Seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain
& so forth
It is ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
unto his Maties Justices of the Peace
of this county residing in
Finsbury Division
in the said County to be assembled at
their Petty Sessions to be holden in & for the sd. Division
to Peruse inspect the certificates given to the Petr. of the
sums allowed him for his trouble & expences in passing &
receiving of Vagrants, and to see if such sums are Just
& reasonable & such as ought to be allowed, or it over charged
& how much, And if the Vagrants mentioned in such
certificates were regularly passed And to certify What sum of-
Money they find Justly due to the Petr. for his said trouble and
expences to the Court of the next General Sessions of the Peace for
this County, to the end such further order May be made as the Court [..]
