At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the twenty fifth
day of February in the Seventh year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain France
and Treland Defender of the Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named John Tute< no role > have notice of this Petition
and that he all and other persons concerned do attend this Court on
Saturday next at ten of the clock in forenoon to hear & abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touch the matters
contained in the said Petition.
