upon hearing of what was alledged by Councell for the
Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of st. Andrew Holborne above the Barrs praying that the
hearing and determining of the said appeale may be
adjourned This Courtdoth order that on pon hearing
of what was alledged by Councell for the said Appellants
Doth order that (on payment of the sum of thirty shillings by
the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
Saint Andrew Holborne above the Barrs Unto the said
Appellants or one of them for their costs in attending this
Court this day with their Councell & witness to prosecute
their said appeale) the hearing and determining of the
said appeale be adjourned Untill the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
both the said parishes and all persons concerned dee
attend the Court of the said next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the said County by adjornment
on Tuesday the twenty sixth day of June next at ten of
the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgmt &
determination of the Same Court touching the said
appeale,
