Court on the said fifthninthday of April last the
hearing & determining the said appeale was
adjourned untill this present General Sessions
of the peace holden for the said County of
Middx, How upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St.
Giles in the fields and alsoe by Councell for
the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of St. Mary Le Bow This
Court being of opinion that the hearing &
determining of the said appeale should be
further adjourned Doth Order that the hearing
& determining the matter of the said appeale,
be and the same is hereby further adjournmt

untill the next General Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be holden for the said County of
Middx. And that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of both the said parishes and
all persons concerned doe attend the Court of
the said next General Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be holden for the said County of
Middx by adjornment on Wednesday the
twenty seventh day of June next at ten of the
clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgement & determination of the same
