To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
assembled in Generall Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall in and for the said County-

The Humble petition and appeale of the Church Wardens and
Over seers of the poor of the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the
County aforesaid-

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the sd. County of Middx (one of the
being of the Quorum) dated the Second day of May One thousand seaven hundred and John [..]
was removed from the parish of St. Andrew Holborne above the Bars
in this County to the sd. Parish of St. Clemt. Danes as the place of his last
Legall Settlemt. whereby Your petrs. conceive them selves to be agreived

Your Petrs. there fore humbly pray your
Worships would be pleased to appoint Some Day
this present Sessions to hear & determine the
matter touching the said appeale-
