WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Mid-
dlesex.(Quorum Unus)one where at beign of the quorumby the Church Wardens and Over seers fo
the Poor of the Parish of [..] saintAndrew, Holborn, above the Bars in
the said County; ThatAnn Wilbourn< no role > has

lately come into the Said Parish, endeavouring to Settle there contrary
to Law: And it appeareth unto Us the said Justices, and we do
Adjudge, Thatshe islikely to become chargeable to the
Said Parish, and upon Examination ofthe said Ann
Wilbourn
< no role > taken upon Oath;
it further appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise Adjudge, That
the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex is the Place of the last
Legal Settlement of the saidAnn Wilbourn< no role > Whither
by Law she ought to be sent

These are there fore in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and Command
the Church-Wardens and Over seers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St.SaintAndrew, Holborn, above the Bars , forthwith to remove and con-
vey the SaidAnn Wilbourn< no role >

from the Said Parish ofStSaintAndrew, Holborn, above the Bars ; to the
Said Parish ofSaint Clement Danes
and deliverher
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide forher
according to Law: Given under our Hands and Seals theThirteenth
Day ofJune [..] 1733

To the Church-Wardens and Over seers of the Poor of
the respective Parishes of St. Andrew, Holborn, above the
Bars , in the County of Middlesex , AndSaint Clement
Danes in the County of Middleselx
and to all other
Officers whom it may Concern.
