Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace the City and Liberty of
Westminster in the Said County (One where of being of the
Quorum) by the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. James That Ann Omer< no role > Single woman aged
About Sixty Eight years is lately Intruded and Come into your
Said Parish of St James Endeavouring to Settle there Contrary
to Law and is likely to become Chargeable to the Said Parish of
St James Wee the Said Justices upon Examination of the
Premisses taken before us upon Oath and Other Circumstances
do Adjudge the Same to be true and do also Adjudge the place
of the last legall Settle at of the said Ann Omer< no role > to be in the
said Parish of Cowley

Name to Require you On Sight hereof to Remove and Convey
the said Ann Omer< no role > from and out of Your Said Parish of St
James to the Said Parish of Cowley and her Deliver unto the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor there Onto Some
Or one of them who are hereby required to receive and
Provide for her according to Law Given under [..]
