should likewise pay or cause to be paid unto the said
Churchwardens and Overseers or to some or one of them
the sum of two shillings and six pence weekly and
every week from and after the expiration of one
Month to be computed from the said twenty seventh
day of March for and towards the keeping sustentation
and maintenance of the said child for and dureing soe
long time as the said child should [..] continue and
be a burthen on the said parish, And lastly that the
Petr. shouldbeput in security for the performance
of the said Order Or to appeare at the then next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the said
County then and there to abide such Order as the
Justices of the peace or the major part of them
should make in the premisses, And that the Petitioner
thought him selfe aggreived by the Judgment of the
said two Justices of the peace and appealed to the said
Court against the same, And whereas by vertue of
several Orders of General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County the hearing and determining
of the said appeale was and stands adjourned
Untill this present General Quarter Sessions of the
peace holden for the said County, Now For as much
as this Court is of opinion that the hearing and
determining of the said appeale should be further
adjourned It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit
of the said appeale be saved unto the Petitioner
And that the hearing and determining thereof be
and the same is hereby further adjourned Untill the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the said County, And that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint
James in the Liberty of Westminster (upon notice
of this Order) and all persons concerned doe attend
the Court of the said next General Quarter Sessions of
