in new Prison Etc

Humbly


Sheweth that yor pettr was this day before
yor Worshipp and acquitted, but being a very poor man
and hate not one farthing in the World and this [..] day
past in prison and now Remanded Back to the said
Prison for want of Fees

Most Humbly imploreing yor
Worshipps to take yor pettr Accssciable
Circumstance unto yor Nature
Consideraon by Ordering the Keeper
of new prison to Discharge yor pettr

And yor pettr as in Duty Bound
will pray
