Joseph Browne< no role > of Goodmansfields in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman maketh Oath that he did Endeavour he Serve Thomas
Winn< no role > personally with a Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed or to
leave the same with a ye of his Servants at his dwelling House
in Poplar but when this Deponent came to the Prosecutors
Dwelling House he rung a Bell that be hanged to the House
that hung at the door Severall times but one person would too
or agen the door or to make this Deponent any Answer
Thereupon one person coming to the door or any other
place the answer this Deponent after he had been there a
Considerable he time this Deponent next and made Strict
Inquiry in the Neighbourhood And this Deponent was
Informed by a Neighbour that the Prosecutor Thomas
Winn< no role > had to he are any paper for him that they would not
receive or take any for him therefore this Deponent did on the
Fourth of this Instant Last leave a True Copy of the Notice
hereunto Annexed in the Passage belonging to the dwelling
House of the Prosecutor Thomas Winn< no role > This Deponent
having noe other opportunity or place Else where belonging to his
House to leave the Same
