As the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch was Presented at the last
Sessions for sufferring their Goods to be in such a Enviour condition
I apprehend they ought to have notice thereof in Writing, and that
it may be done regularly, I desire the favour of you as soon as you can
conveniently to let me have a Proper form for that purpose and
I will take care to Copy it and serve it. please to let me [..]
