This Humble petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the
County of Middx

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of William Hucks< no role > and John Hadley< no role > Esqrs.
two of His Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
bearing date the Nineteenth Day of January last William Spencer< no role >
(Since Deceased) and Mary< no role > his Wife ware Removed from the
parish of St. Giles's in the Fields in the said County to the said
Parish of St George Hanover Square as the place of their last
legall Settlements whereby Your Petitioners think themselves Agrieved

Your Petitioners therefore prays
this Court will please to Appoint
a time for hearing the said Appeal
and that all persons concernd may
attend the same time
