for the County of Middx now in Generall Quarter Sessions
Assembled

The Humble Peticon and appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of St. Andrew Holborn above the Barrs in the said
County of Middx,

Sheweth

That Hannah Barrett< no role > widow was by order of
Pass warrant dated the nineteenth day of January
last past under the hands and seals of John Priestley< no role >
& Thomas Jones< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middx (Quorum
unus) removed and conveyed from the parish of
St. Paul Shadwell in the same County of Middx
to the said parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the
Barrs as the place of her last legall Settlement

Your Peticoners humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved thereby and appeal from the
Judgment of the said two Justices to the
judgment of this Worshipfull Court & desire a
day of hearing may be appointed this prsent
Sessions And that All Persons concerned may
be ordered to attend to hear & abide the
judgment & determinacon of this Court
touching the said Appeal
