Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary le Bone in
this County against an Order under the hands and Seales
of Bowater Vernon< no role > and James Steuart< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid (Quorum
unus) bearing date the twenty first day of December last
whereby Charles Disney< no role > aged about Seventy five years
was removed from the parish of St. George Hanover
Square in this County to the said Parish of St. Mary le
Bone as the place of his last legall Settlement, And upon
hearing of What was alledged by Councell for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. George Hanover Square and also by Councell for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
of St. Mary le Bone This Court doth disallow of the
Said appeale, And doth ratify and confirm the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the Peace, and the same
is hereby ratifyed and confirmed accordingly.
