Upon macon this day made unto this Court

that the traverses upon on Indictmt. preferred
againstinOctoberJuly Sessions last against
John Grimes< no role > for an assault upon the Said
John Ray< no role > , and upon another Indictment
preferred the same Sessions against the sd
John Ray< no role > for an assault upon the sd John
Grimes< no role > therein called John Graham< no role > [..]
formerly Ordered to be tryed together, but
that the Said traverses are not yet tryed
And It being prayed that the said traverse
may be tryed together on Saturday next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon This
