Duns Rex a Ray

Take notice that I the Deft. intend to appear at this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of Peace holden by adjournment for the County of Middx
at Hicks's Hall St. John Street on Saturday next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon being the 17th. day of this instant January and
will then and there try my traverse upon the Indictment which
you have there preferr'd agt. me for assaulting you pursuant to the
above written order Dat 14th. day of Jan 1729
