oath that he this Dept. did on the 14th. day of this Instant January
leave a true Copy of the order and notice hereunto Annext at
the dwelling house of John Graham< no role > als Grimes< no role > with a woman
who told this dept. that she did belong to the Said Grimes
and that the said Grimes was gone that afternoon into the County
and would not return within a week and that she would
deliver the sd. Copy of Notice to him so soon as he return'd
or words to the like effect and this dept. further maketh oath
that he Saw the Said Grimes attending this Court on the Sd
14th. instant about 12 of the Clock at Noon
