The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . in the
said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the
hands & Seals of Andrew Osborne< no role > & Robert Dennett< no role > Esqrs .
two of his Maties Justices of the peace of and for the said
County of Middx bearing date the 26th. day of June 1729
Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of Arthur Cox< no role > and their Two Children
Vizt. John< no role > Aged about three Years and Mary< no role > Aged about
Two Years were removed from And Out of the Parish of
St. Mary Whitechappel in the Said County to the said
Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . as the place of their
last legal Settlement

That yr. Petrs. thinking themselves Agrieved
by the Judgment of the said Two Justices humbly Appeal
to your Worships against the fame.

Therefore Humbly pray your Worst. will
please to Order. That the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Mary Whitechappell may Attend
this Court some Day this Quarter Sessions
to hear & Abide the final Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
