aforesaid or
Suffering any & what disorders to be comitted
therein, since the time of granting to him the licence above
menconed, And if it shall appeare to the said
Justices that the said Gill hath since that time
kept a disorderly house or suffered disorders to be
therein comitted Then to oblige the said Gill
to find sureties by Recognizance for his personall
appearance at the Sessions of the peace for this
County to answer fortheSuch offence, and
be dealt with according to Law,
