This Court being informed that John Milner< no role > Esqr .
Chairman of this Court hath attended the right
honble. Tho: Holles< no role > Duke of New castle Lord Lievtent.
& Custos Rotlor of the County of Middx
concerning the delivery of the Address of the
Justices of the peace of the sd. County to his present
Matie. And that he hath reced informacon that
his Maties. pleasure is that he should be attended
with the said Address [..] by a small Number
of the Justices of the peace, of this County, It is
Ordered by this Court that the said Chairman
be and he is hereby desired to attend the said
Custos Rotlor againe and acquaint him with
the humble desire of the Justices of the peace of this Countythis Court thatto be
permitted to attend his Matie. in a Body with
their said Address, as hath been usuall for them
to doe,
