That if any Intimation be givenApplication be madeto alter the

revived

That a State of the Case relating to the laying of
Timber & digging a Saw Pitt near Chertsea Bridge
be onbe laid before Councel for his Opinion thereon
to belaidprsented to ye Court the next Sessions

Contract for Chertsea Bridge & see whebber
the same be done according to ye Contract, & if
done, thatMrit be reported by Mr Clitherow, upon
wch Mr Willshire is to pay ye mony due
