Allegacons set forth in the said peticon and to make
their Report thereupon: And that in January
Sessions One thousand seven hundred and twenty
five a Report was then made to the Court by the
Right Honble. Henry Lord Coleraine George Bourne< no role >
Abraham Addams< no role > Henry Coltman< no role > James Colebrooke< no role >
William Gould< no role > Honorat Smith< no role > and James Brain< no role > Esqrs
Justices of the peace for this County residing wthin. the
said Hundred of Edmonton , whereby they Certifyed
(inter al) that the Matters contained in the sd. Peticon of
the sd John Sparks< no role > were Groundless and false, And that
the sd Henry Mackris< no role > had duely and Faithfully Pformed
his Office of passing and conveying of Vagrants through
this County as he ought to doe: And whereas at the
said Genll. qrter. Sessions of the peace for this County held
in April [..] now last past It was Ordered that it be
and was accordingly recomended and referred unto the
above named Justices of the peace, and to Richard

for this County residing wthin. the said Hundred or any
five or more of them to agree with and take a Contract
from the sd Henry Mackris< no role > for his due and faithfull
conveying of Vagrants in and through this County at the
Salary of Forty pounds per Annum, Exclusive of the
Charge of Conveying persons by vertue of passes from
his Majties. Secretary at Warr:

residing within the said Hundred of Edmonton, Doe
