for this County should from time to time
Order & direct, which said Salary of forty
pounds P ann shall be exclusive of all
charges & expences of conveying or releiving
any person or persons by vertue of any
passes or permitts from his Maties. Secretary
at warr, as in & by the said Order was
directed & appointed, This Court on
consideracon had of the premisses Is of
opinion And doth accordingly Order that
the said Report and the matters & things
therein contained be ratifyed & confirmed
and the same are hereby ratifyed &
confirmed accordingly,
