Appeal of the Churchwarden and,
Overseers of the Poor of the hamlett
of Poplar & Blackwall in the Parish
of Stepney in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Order or Warrt. under the
Hands and seals of Sr . Charles Peers< no role > Knt , and
John Smith< no role > Esq : two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the said County (Quor un) bearing Date the
23d: Day of May last Jane Knight< no role > and One
Child a female aged about six Months were
Removed from the Parish of St. Mary Stratford
Bow in the said County to the said Hamlett of
Poplar & Blackwall as the Place of their last
Legall settlement, whereby your Petitionrs
humbly Conceive they are wronged and Aggrieved

Your Petitionrs therefore humbly
Pray your Worpps would be
Pleasd to Appoint a Day this
present sessions for the hearing
and Determining the said
Appeal and that your Petrs.
