And Whereas the Commission of Oyer and
Terminer for the County of Middlesex is holden
at Hicks hall , where the Justicesitthat
Commissionat there Goal Deliverydoe make
Such Orders for the Dischargeing Baileing or
Continueing all the Prisoners in the Custody of the
Keeper of New Prison who are not Indicted or
against whom the Bills of Indictment are returned
Ignoramus asthe Court doth Judge for and necessaryan agreeable two Has Coper Our & other
is good Laws estrated of this Realm whereby a great deale of trouble and time hath
been Saved to the Court at the Old Baily , andthat
this hath been the Usuall Custome and Practice,and
the Fees from such Prisoners if able it all the
recompence, wee know of, that the Keeper of New
Prison hath for like trouble and charge and
which by means of the aforesaid Order of
Goal Delivery he intirely looses,
