the end they may be inquired into & Approved of before they
are taken of which sufficient notice is to be given to the Said
prosecute to [..] till he Pforme the said Order and
give such sureties then to be delivered paying his Fees

discharged out of New prison aforesaid of all the other matters
charged on him the psecutors being called in Court and not
appearing to psecute him for any of the said matters & he pd
his Fees in Court
