Distiller of Bristol brought before me And charged on the
Oath of John Eaton< no role > for coming to his House Assaulting &
him and threatning to knock his Brains out and forcibly
breaking open a Chamber Door in the said Eatons House
and unlawfully taking & carrying away a Bed compleat
A Scrutore and other things the Goods of Mary Gobbet< no role >
him safely Keep in your Custody until he find Good security
& be thence discharged by due course of Law Given under
my Hand and seal this 1st Day of May Anno Domini 1727
