Generall Quarter Sessions assembled

the Church wardens & Overseers of ye.
Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of art Order on Pass Warrantende
the Hands & Seals of Sir Daniel Dolins< no role > Knt. & Samll.
Webb
< no role > Esqr . Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing Date 13th:
Day of Aprill 1727 . Anne Cooper< no role > Widow of William
Cooper
< no role > deced was removed from the Parish of St. John
at Hackney in the Said County of Middx unto the said
Parish of St. Botolph without Bishops gate London,
alledging the said Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishops gate to be the Place of her last Legall Settlemt.

That Yor. Peticonr Conceiving them Selves
agreived by the said Warranter order of the
said Two Justices Do there fore appeale
to yor. Worships there from, & humbly pray
That your Worships will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses, & order, That the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. John at Hackney in the said
County of Middx may appear beforeyon at
a certain Day by your Worqs to be appointed
to hear & abide the Indgment & Determinacon
of your Worps toughing this Appeale.
