to whom it is recomended to take & approve thereof & in the
meane time the said Thomas Grace< no role > is to give notice to his
said wife of the day & time he intends to appear & submitt
to the judgment of the Court as aforesaid, to remaine in
Newprison aforesaid untill he gives such Justices then to
be delivered paying his For 4s-8d

to bail or discharge as they or either of them shall
think fitt, when delivered to pay 2s
