maketh oath that he this Deponent became
bail for the appearance of one Eusebius Pattenden< no role >
at the genal quarter Sessions of the peace held
for this county of Middlx
in July last to answer for
Assaulting one John Matthias< no role >
a Constable
of the
parish of St Mary Matfellon als Whitechappell
in the said County in the Execucon of his office and
the said Eusebius Pattenden< no role >
not appearing upon his
recognizance thes Deponent haveing notice thereof
made enquiry for him to know the reason thereof and to
Endeavour to oblige him to appear is discharged of this
Deponent and upon such his enquiry found that the sd
Eusebius Pattenden< no role >
was some short time after the
Said Sessions arrested for Debt & carried a prisoner to
Ludgate
where he now remains a prisoner, this Dept haveing seen him in custody yesterday soe that this
deponent cannot pduce the said Pattenden to appear this
prsent Sessions in discharge of this Depont upon the said
recognizance
