exhibited his humble
peticon Unto this Court at this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County
by adjorumt. on Tuesday the nineteenth day of April
instant
Setting forth that the Petr. by his Indenture of
apprenticehood beareing date the fifth day of July
anno Din one thousand Seven hundred & twenty one
became an Apprentice
to Walter Hood< no role >
of the Parish
of St. Clement Danes
in the said County Peruke maker
for the terme of Seven yeares comeuceing from the
date of the Said Indenture, And that the Petrs. Master
by his blows & hard usages hath almost brought the
Petr. to deaths door, Neither is he capable of instructing
him his trade, To answer all which the Petrs. Sd. Master
Stands bound by Recognizance for his appearance in this
Court the present Sessions, And the Petr therefore Praying
his Said Master might attend this Court [..] some day
this Sessions to shew cause why he Should not be
discharged from his apprenticehood to the Sd. Walter
