Whereas Complaint hath been made unto is two of
Maties Justices of the peace of the County of Midds (quon un [..] )
by you the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County That
Thomas Stimson< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife are lately come to
inhabit in the Said Parish endeavouring to Settle
themselves there Contrary to Law and that the Said
Thomas Stimson< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife are now likely
to become changeable to the Said Parish, And whereas
upon Examinacon touching the preccoses taken before
us upon Oath, Wee the Said Justices doe adjudge that the
Said Thomas Stimson< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife are now
likely to become chargeable to the Said Parish And
alsoe adjudge that theSaidparish of Alhallows
London Wall London is the place where the Said Thomas
Stimson
< no role > was last legally Settled.

These are therefore in his Maties Name to Comand
you the Said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate to
remove & Convey the Said Thomas Stimson< no role > &
Elizabeth < no role > his wife from the Said Parish of St Giles
without Cripplegate to the Said Parish of Alhallows
on London Wall London and them deliver to the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor there who
are hereby required to receive & provide for them

of March Anno Dud 1725 .

To the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County
And to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Alhallows on London Wall London And to every
