to prosecute the Saidappealpeticon & appeale This
Court upon mocon of Mr. Ryder of Councell
for the Churchwarden & Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborne above
the barrs Doth dismiss the said peticon and
appeale And doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid
Order of the Said two Justices of the peace and
the same is hereby retifyed and confirmed
accordingly.
