peace for the County of Middx in Quarter Sessions
Assembled

The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the Geoernor Deputy
Governor Assistants & Guardians of the Borought of Sudbury in the
County of Suffolk.

Sheweth

That by a warrant or Order Dated ye8 Day of February
last under the Hands & Seals of John Milner< no role > & William Hicks< no role > Esqrs .
two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the Said County of Middx
(Quor Unus) One Elizabeth Shaw < no role > widow the the wife of Samuel Shaw< no role >
and Mary< no role > her Daughter (Aged about five Years) the Lawfull Issue
of the Said Samuel Shaw< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife (as is altedged
in the Said warrant or Order) were lately removed & Conveyed
from the Parish of St. Gyles in the Fields in the Said County
of Middx to the Said Borough of Sudbury in the Said County
of Saffolk as the place of the last Settlement of the Said
Elizabeth Shaw< no role > & her Said Daughter.

The Appellants finding the uselees Agreived by the Said Warrant
or Order of the Said two Justices Appeal to this Court agt. ye Same

And Humbly Pray this Court will please to Order
the Churchwardens & Overseers of ye Poor of ye Said
Parish of St. Gyles in the Fields & all other persons
Concerned to attend this Court this Preset Sessions to
hear & Abide ye Judgment & Determinacon of this
Court upon & touching ye Said Appeal & that ye
Appellants may be Releived herein according
to Law
